Sometimes a box unfortunately gets damaged during transportation.
In this case we ask you to refuse acceptance. The box will then be returned to us and we will take care of everything else (including making sure you get a new box as soon as possible).
If your box arrives with significant damage and you have already accepted it, whether directly or through a neighbor, pack station, or drop-off location, please take it to the nearest post office or service point to file a damage report.
Please note:
It's really important not to open the box (we know you might be curious, but it helps the carrier to see the box as it was delivered). If you have already opened it, please take photos of the packaging and check if all the items are inside. The list of shipped items can be found on the delivery note in the box or in your online order overview on your dashboard.

If no items are missing, you don't have to worry about it and can fully concentrate on trying on the clothes.
If something is missing, please take the box to a post office or service point and let them know which items are missing. You'll receive a damage report that we'll need you to send to us so we can sort things out with the carrier. Our friendly customer service team is here to help you along the way.
