We unfortunately are not able to redirect a shipment once it has left our facilities.
If you happen to notice that the box is headed to the wrong address, please get in touch with our awesome customer service team right away. They'll do their best to stop the delivery and send out a new box to the correct address for you.
Depending on the carrier, you might also have the option to personally redirect the parcel through their mail service. Just something to keep in mind!
