First of all - don't worry. Typically, you will get the invoice for the full content of the box via email as soon as it's delivered to you.
Once you send the box back and we get your items, we'll send you a credit note with the updated invoice, showing the final amount due for the items you picked.
If you're getting reminders to pay the full invoice, it means we haven't received your returned box yet. Don't stress, this could be due to various reasons, usually not on your end.
Just give it a couple of days for the return shipment to go through.
You'll get an email notification once it's done.
