If you need to return an extra item after sending back your box, just reach out to us via our contact form (see below).
We're more than happy to accept returns of unworn items with tags still attached within a reasonable timeframe.
Once you get in touch, we'll send you a PDF return label for free shipping.
Please avoid sending items back on your own, as we can't take responsibility for those shipments.
Just a heads up - if you send items back in a second shipment, your original invoice will be adjusted with consecutive credit notes as the returns come in. This might temporarily show a higher amount due until the return process is completed. If you have a credit card or PayPal set up for automatic payment, you may see a debit for the outstanding amount after the first return is processed. Don't worry though, you'll get refunded for the second shipment as soon as we receive it.
